Joe and I now cook our dinners together most nights. Well, actually, he cooks the dinner and I just help him chop up stuff. I am hoping that I will learn how to cook better through watching him. Today I finally started a list of all of the recipes we've done lately. Last night we had a salmon dinner and I named is Capeside. And if you know me, you will know why I named it that. So tonight we made something called Lemon Eggplant salad. It had black and green olives, parsley, noodles, and of course eggplant. Autum and Shereen ate with us and it was really really really good.
Afterwards we watched most of Seventh Heaven and that kid Simon is going to have sex and his parents were really mad at him. I really hate those parents.
Then we all went on one of our daily runs. Shereen decided that she was going to run every day. I am trying to do it with her. We found out that three times around our block was a mile, so we run at least that far every time. Sometimes Joe and Sara and Laura run with us. It's really fun.
Jorge is now taking his 6th nap of the day on my bed. He's so freakin cute. I think he misses Kelly.
